  • We work with professional art transporter companies or service provider appointed by the customer to deliver the artwork.

    The size (and weight) of each piece is stated on the details page of the artwork, and we will also advise clients on more detailed delivery options once they have clearly indicated their intention to purchase.

    If you have special requirements for delivery, especially for destinations with high floors, no lifts, etc., please ensure that you communicate with us in advance to avoid unnecessary delays.

  • The final cost of delivery of the artwork depends on the size and weight of the finished package, which will be agreed upon with the client. The logistics provider will send SMS or email progress reminders to customers and MFG will also regularly track the progress of the delivery to ensure that your item arrives on time and remain intact.

    Please note that any unpacking and installing services are upon requests and we highly recommend you keep all packaging materials for at least one week to ensure that you do not need to do any further returns.

  • If you are purchasing multiple pieces of art at once, in EU region, by default we would use professional art logistic company to issue a direct delivery with all artworks altogether; however, there is a probability that multiple deliveries will be made due to the nature of the artwork and its packaging while the destination is out of EU, with regular logistic service like UPS, DHL etc.

    We will register each parcel with a separate tracking number to ensure that no parcel would be lost in transit.

    We cannot guarantee that all parcels will arrive at the same time, but we will do our best to coordinate with logistics providers to deliver your parcel at your preferred time.
